Cellulose Celdek Pad:
These are specially treated criss cross paper fills having a flute angle for 45 C. The paper is specially processed with anti bacterial and anti fugal treatment. This enhances the life to the pad to almost 4-5 years of trouble free operation. The pump can be located inside or outside the unit.
Spray Type:
This type housed a set of spray nozzles which injects the water into the air stream in the foam of a fine atomized mist (By breaking the water into the fine particles we are able to increase the surface area by multiple folds for the same volume of water).
In this system, the water is in direct contact with the airflow unlike the cellulose type system. When a single bank is provided (depending upon the efficiency required) the spray is injected in the opposite direction of the airflow. In a double bank syatem, the banks are kept facing opposite each other. The entire plumbing is done with the help of galvanized pipe. The pump can be located inside or outside the unit.
